Hot Rush Repair Service

Normal time is 7 to 10 business days in most cases.
For Hot Rush repair orders there will be a 25% additional cost per item, with a minimum of $ 35.00 and a maximum of $500.00 . This Rush Fee assures you that your order will be put ahead of all other non-rush repair orders.

Warranty

All items repaired by the KF Group will be warranted for one (1) year. We take warranty claims very seriously. If our evaluation finds the failure to be the fault of KF Group, we will gladly repair your item again at no charge. Without limitation, the above warranty shall not apply to:

Items that fail due to misapplications, operation above the rated capacities, negligence, abuse, improper storage, handling, or installation, abnormal condition of temperature, moisture, dirt, or corrosive matter, or an act of God;

Items that have been tampered with, repaired or altered in any manner whatsoever except by an authorized representative of KF Group;

Except as specifically set forth above, KF Group makes no other warranties with respect to parts or equipment it services or sells. KF Group expressly excludes any and all implied warranties or fitness of any product for a particular purpose.

As standard procedure after a warranty evaluation, you will be notified of our findings. In addition, a written evaluation can be provided, upon request. In cases where you have been charged a test only price and the item does not operate at start-up, the test only price will be credited against the repair price when the repair is performed by KF Group.
