Technical Production Area KF Group hires quality people for our repair center to help ensure that our customers receive only quality repairs. Our technicians have a combined total of 35+ years of experience to meet your needs. We utilize a wide variety of test equipment such as computerized circuit board testers, certified temperature calibration simulators, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, and curve tracers. We have a wide collection of data books, manuals, and schematics to aid us with your repairs. When we repair a unit, all electrolytic capacitors and any other faulty components are replaced. The unit is then tested, calibrated and cleaned before being sent to quality control. Once passing quality control, the unit is then returned to the customer. Our goal in the technical repair department is to do a quality repair in timely manner, so you can keep a certified spare on the shelf for back for that unknown breakdown. Shipping Department Our shipping department carefully packages all items and selects the most efficient carrier for the return of your items. With a staff as good as this, you can count on KF Group for all your industrial repair needs. We use Instapak Foam-in-Place Packaging System - The most advanced system available in Non Movement Packaging. |
PLC Department KF Group repairs most major brands of PLC equipment including, Allen Bradley, Texas Instruments, Siemens, Reliance, GE Fanuc, Omron, Modicon, Westinghouse, Square D, Mitsubishi and many other brands. We have software loaded on laptops and hand held programming devices to enter test programs on the processors. We have racks of I\O configured to test your repairs in a working environment. We have a room in which the temperature is held at approximately 120 degrees to test your repairs for 24 to 48 hours. We test in these conditions due to the fact that most failures are heat related. Once the repaired equipment has passed these tests, it is sent to quality control for final inspection before being returned to the customer. |

Drives Department KF Group repairs servos, AC and DC drives from a fractional horsepower to hundreds of horsepower. We are a factory authorized repair center for Baldor, AC Tech and Saftronics drives. We also repair most other major brands including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Telemecanique, Reliance, T.B. Woods, and many more. We have the software to operate most types of servo drives. Each drive is repaired and tested on a motor. After the drive has tested on a motor at the bench, it is moved to the load center. Our load center uses hydraulics to put a running load on the drive. After the drive has been run under a load for several hours, it is sent to quality control for final inspection before being returned to the customer. |
